Darius Rucker shared a video on Tuesday (October 15) of the surprising moment he took a tumble on stage with Hootie & the Blowfish over the weekend.

The country star performed at the Riverfront Revival festival in Charleston, South Carolina, which took place on Friday (October 11) and Saturday (October 12). Rucker curates the annual event in his home state. Rucker was performing “Alright,” one of 12 tracks that appears on his second studio record and country debut, 2008’s Learn to Live, when he fell on stage.

Rucker shared a video captured by one of the audience members, which showed the country star falling as he sang the lyric, “I got a stereo.” Rucker got back up and laughed it off, telling the crowd, “I’m old as f***.”

“Kept singing though 😂😂😂,” he wrote in his caption on Instagram. Watch the video here (warning: language).

Rucker recently marked the one-year anniversary of his latest album, Carolyn’s Boy, which serves as a tribute to his late mother. He previously said via his record label that he “wanted to name the record Carolyn’s Boy because Mom never got to see any of my success. She died before any of this happened, so it’s just another homage to the greatest woman I’ve ever known.”
