Tired of trying to find the time and a place to get those treasured ten thousand steps? Well, there's something that researchers say is much better than that brisk walk to lower you blood pressure.

An article in the Daily Mail says Half an hour a day of stretching reduced blood pressure by more than a brisk walk

I guess cats figured this out way before we humans did...they're ALWAYS stretching and pretty much always chilled.
